This book is the fifth work carried out on the topic Alshuruh wal Hawashi `Ala Usul al-Kafi and one of the large amount vestiges of Sayyid Ahmad bn Zain al-Abidin Alawi al-Amili, which until now has not been published.

 The author of this research has described some characteristics of the above-mentioned book as well as a bibliography of Sayyid Ahmad bn Zain al-Abidin Alawi al-Amili in which he has mentioned his children, grandchildren, and his license for issuing hadith. According to his statement, the author of this book, influenced by the commentaries of Mirdamad on al-Kafi, and Mulla Sadra’s book, has made the most of them. He has quoted directly the same statements of the book and but concerning philosophical and literary issues he comes up with them briefly.

It is worthy to mention that Sayyid Ahmad bn Zain al-Abidin Alawi al-Amili is a famous scholar of the eleventh century and an excellent student of Mirdamad and Sheikh Bahaee. He had the permission of reporting from them. He has edited this book based on the existing copy. It is published by Dar al-Hadith Publication.
